We’ve come a long way since the neon-colored “Go To Hell” Bart Simpson T-shirts of the late 80’s, but somehow this lively and eccentric All-American family is still going strong and doesn’t seem to have changed one bit since their debut over 20 years ago. The stories change and evolve though, and that’s what keep it interesting, and keeps the millions of die hard Simpsons fans coming back for more time and time again, year after year.

Season ten just like the other seasons is jam-packed with celebrity appearances all neatly nestled into 23 marvelously crafted episodes. There are special guests such as Stephen Hawking, Alec Baldwin, Dolly Parton, George Takei, Lisa Kudrow, George Carlin, Jack LaLanne, Joe Mantegna (who again is Fat Tony, the mobster character), Troy Aikman, Dan Marino, John Madden, Kim Basinger and Mark Hamill.

Something about The Simpsons just locks perfectly into place, in every sense. It’s a story about a relatable (lest we should admit it) off-kilter family who is still a family at the end of the day.

Overall, Season 10 is another example of the genius writing of the Simpsons at its best.
