Since Matt Gorening’s the Simpsons were first featured on the night time comedy show “The Tracey Ullman Show” back in the late 80’s, they have been a pop culture sensation, loved by kids and adults alike. Although it was originally intended for commercial break fillers back on the Tracy Ullman show, it surprised everyone when it became it hit TV show soon thereafter.
We’ve come a long way since the neon-colored “Go To Hell” Bart Simpson T-shirts of the late 80’s, but somehow this lively and eccentric All-American family is still going strong and doesn’t seem to have changed one bit since their debut over 20 years ago. The stories change and evolve though, and that’s what keep it interesting, and keeps the millions of die hard Simpsons fans coming back for more time and time again, year after year.
